　　Abstract: this article is the way of the questionnaire investigation of xinjiang university in politics and public management institute of female college students about career planning situation (including female university students self-perception, to the college life condition and the understanding of the employment and career plan) for the investigation and analysis, so as to reflect the female college students employment pressure is more and more big, the competitive society, college students in the special group - female college students career planning situation and efficient career education problems, in order to improve the female college students and college career planning for the

　　一、女大学生职业生涯规划现状

　　本问卷在方法上采取了自编问卷调查方法。本问卷是包括四个部分：第一部分是女大学生对自己的认知情况。第二部分是女大学生在大学期间生活方面的认识。第三部分是 女大学生就业环境和就业方面的认识。第四部分是女大学生职业生涯规划现状方面的认识。，发放问卷100份，回收99份，回收率99% 。 职业生涯规划是在了解自己的兴趣、爱好、能力和特点的基础上，结合社会的要求，确定适合自己的职业，目标，并制定相应的计划，以避免就业的盲目性，降低失业的可能性，为个人职业成功提供最有效的路径。女大学生的职业生涯规划关系到职业成就，做好职业生涯计划帮助女大学生更好地职业发展和就业，同时有利于社会的和谐发展。
